Accepted Returns
- Eligible items: Unworn jewelry in original packaging, returned within 7 days of delivery. All promotional gifts must be included.
- Non-returnable items: Custom-made products (final sale, no returns or exchanges).
Return Process
- Initiate a return request via the WhatsApp button on our page or through the “Contact Us” page, stating the reason for return and your order details.
- We will confirm your request and provide a return address within 1-2 business days.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Send the item to the specified address and keep the logistics receipt for reference.
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
