② Different display parameters on mobile phones and computer screens.

③ Natural materials like stones and pearls inherently have unique textures and slight color variations.

We try our best to describe the physical colors accurately on the product page. If you find the color difference unacceptable, you may apply for a no-questions-asked return within 7 days, provided the item is in perfect condition.

① Miyuki Beads: The plating/coloring may fade or wear with prolonged exposure to sweat, chemicals, or frequent friction.

② Metal Components (Plated/Alloy): Plated silver/gold parts may oxidize, fade, or blacken if frequently exposed to perfumes, sweat, lotions, or moisture. Even pure alloy parts may lose luster in humid environments. Under normal wear, metal components can maintain color for 1-3 years.

③ Swarovski Pearls: The coating is chemically sensitive. Avoid contact with perfumes/lotions and high temperatures.

If fading/wear occurs due to improper use, contact customer service for our repair/replacement service (material + labor fee applies).

We strive to minimize allergy risks! All jewelry components undergo strict hypoallergenic treatment (e.g., nickel-free plating for alloy parts) and meet international safety standards. However, we cannot guarantee a 100% no-allergy reaction for everyone, as allergy risk is mainly tied to individual constitution.

① Before first wear, we highly recommend a 24-hour patch test on the wrist or behind the ear.

② If symptoms occur, remove the jewelry immediately and contact us for a return/exchange (must be within 7 days of receipt and in unworn condition).

③ Disclaimer: Allergies are individual responses, not product defects. We only offer returns/exchanges and do not assume further liability.

General Care: Wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth after wearing to remove sweat/dirt. Store it separately in a sealed bag or jewelry box. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, seawater, and pool water; remove before showering, swimming, or exercising.

Miyuki Bead Specific: Avoid chemicals. Wipe dry immediately after heavy sweating. Store sealed to reduce air exposure.

Metal Components Specific: Apply perfumes/lotions first, wait for them to absorb, then put on your jewelry. Always remove before water activities. Gently wipe metal surfaces regularly to maintain shine and keep them dry.

Yes, we offer customization! Customizable aspects include length adjustment, material substitution, color matching, and engraving (on certain metal parts). You can also provide a reference image for a unique design. Custom process: Contact us → Confirm plan/quote → Pay deposit → Production starts → Approve physical photo → Pay final balance → Shipping. Customized products are final sale and are not eligible for no-questions-asked returns.

The deposit for custom orders is 30%-50% of the total amount (50% for complex or exclusive designs). Production begins after the deposit is paid. Upon completion, we will send photos/videos for your approval, after which the remaining balance is due. The order will ship within 24 hours of receiving the final payment. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if the customization is canceled due to the buyer's reason.

Engraving is only available for certain metal components.

① Character Limit: A maximum of 8 characters (including letters, numbers, and symbols) is supported; an extra $2 USD/character applies for exceeding the limit.

④ Disclaimer: Engraving is a custom process and cannot be modified once completed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for engraving errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the buyer.
